The principle of the heat pump
The basic principle of operation is the conversion of energy from the surroundings into heat inside the object without any impact on the environment.
Energy from the surrounding environment
The heat pump takes energy directly from the surrounding environment: from air, ground or water.
Conversion to heat
It uses the obtained energy to heat water in the heating system or hot water tank.
Air/water heat pump
The first word means where I take heat from and the second where I give heat.
Air
The source of energy is the surrounding air.
Water
The heat is given to the water that is in the radiators or underfloor heating.
THERMANNPRO heat pumps
Monoblock or compact is a heat pump with a closed refrigerant circuit, which is only in the outdoor unit. It contains all components of the cooling circuit (compressor, evaporator, condenser, expansion valve, regulating and safety elements). The heating water is heated directly in the monobloc and is then piped into the house (either directly into the heating circuit or into the storage tank.
Warranty and service
We provide a warranty for THERMANNPRO heat pumps that can be extended to any length of 5 to 10 years. It goes without saying that regular annual service and maintenance of your heat pump is provided.
