The process of realization and purchase of a heat pump
1. We are contacting you
After you have filled out the sent request form, our sales representative will contact you within 2 days with details and arrange a date for a personal meeting with you.
2. Visiting you
Our technical specialist will come to you at a pre-arranged date and, based on an assessment of your property (house size, number of people, heat loss) and heating system, discuss all options and details with you to create a final individual price offer.
3. Individual price offer
All information and documents from the personal meeting will be processed and taken into account to create a specific proposal that will be most suitable for your property.
4. Signing the contract
Once you have confirmed and agreed to our proposed solution, we will send you a draft contract to be signed by e-mail. After that, the date of implementation/installation of the heat pump will be agreed, usually within 14 days of signing the contract.
5. Subsidy application
We will prepare all the documentation related to processing the subsidy for you.
6. Implementation
Our experienced assembly team will visit you at a pre-arranged date to install and connect the heat pump. The system will be reviewed and we will explain how the heat pump can be controlled correctly and easily.
7. Payment of subsidy
We will send you all the documentation related to the subsidy program by e-mail, which you just need to send to the State Environmental Fund (NZÚ). As soon as the administrative process is completed by the NZÚ, the money will be paid to your account.
