New and technologically advanced heat pump

Control your Thermann Pro heat pump via Modbus RTU or TCP/IP with the Thermann Pro converter.

Modbus RTU connection – disconnect the control display and connect the Loxone Modbus extension instead.

A – green wire, B – yellow wire, red and black wires should be insulated separately.

Modbus TCP/IP – Thermann Pro converter must be ordered and connected to COM2 instead of IOT module. IOT module must be connected to the output of the converter to maintain warranty conditions.

This allows you to control the heat pump with the control display and Loxone at the same time.

Description of LOXONE template

Possibility to change modes, set desired temperatures and temperature curves.

When selecting a temperature curve, the manually set temperature is blocked and the unit now operates according to the curve depending on the outdoor temperature. The outlet temperature is adjusted every 15 minutes.

The heat pump can also be controlled in the loxone system diagram.

List of actions performed during the service inspection:

Checking the tightness of the heating system.
Cleaning the magnetic filter.
Checking the pressure in the heating system.
Cleaning the internal parts of the heat pump outdoor unit.
Check for free rotation of the pump cooling fan propeller(s).
Cleaning the electrical boxes of the heat pump control boards.
Checking the cooling circuit.
Checking the patency of the condensate drain.
Cleaning and comparing heat pump evaporator fins.
Cleaning the outdoor unit of the heat pump.
Device noise control.
Checking the change of heating / DHW modes.
Checking the switching of the 3-way valve.
Revision of grounding and checking of tightening of electrical terminals.
Checking and tightening the screws of the silentblocks and, if the original Thermannpro plinth under the heat pump is also installed, checking the tightening of the plinth screws.
Checking the connection of the IOT module to Wi-Fi.
