The Customer acknowledges that the Seller, as the personal data controller, is authorized to process the Customer's personal data to the extent of the data specified in the Extended Warranty registration form for the purposes of the extended quality warranty and for the purposes of fulfilling the contract. The Customer's personal data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and 5 years thereafter. More detailed information on the rights and processing of the Customer's personal data is provided in the Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy ("Policy"), available on the Seller's website. By submitting the form, the Customer confirms that he has read the Terms and Conditions and the Policy and agrees to them without reservation.
