Warranty with the possibility of extension for any length of 5 or up to 10 years.

BASIC warranty - 2 years

The 24-month ZÁKLAD warranty on the purchased product covers defects caused by a manufacturing error or material defect. It does not apply to normal wear and tear of the product and usual operational maintenance (adding water to the heating system or antifreeze to the primary circuit, venting, adjusting the regulator, cleaning, etc.).

Warranty conditions:
The warranty applies to all THERMANNPRO heat pumps. The warranty period runs from the date the heat pump is put into operation. When making a claim, the customer submits the documents required to apply for the claim (duly completed and confirmed warranty card, proof of purchase of the product, documentation of regular inspections). A heat pump covered by an extended SILVER or GOLD warranty must undergo a warranty inspection at least once every 24 months. Warranty inspections may only be carried out by the manufacturer or an authorized company authorized by him, which has a valid authorization for this activity. The operator (customer) of the heat pump is responsible for ordering the warranty inspection in time and bears the costs of its implementation. The valid price of the warranty inspection is listed on the website www.thermannpro.cz. Upon expiry of the prescribed period for individual warranty inspections without its performance, the extended SILVER or GOLD warranty period expires, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Plus variant

It applies to the replacement of a defective part for a period of 36 months (3 years) on all THERMANNPRO brand heat pumps. The warranty period is 36 months (3 years) from the date of commissioning. It does not apply to works and transport costs. A heat pump covered by an extended warranty of 3 years must undergo 2 prescribed warranty inspections after the first and second year of operation. Warranty inspections may only be carried out by the manufacturer or an authorized company authorized by him, which has a valid authorization for this activity. The first warranty inspection is scheduled for the period after the end of the 1st heating season, but no later than 17 months from the date of commissioning.

Second warranty inspection after the end of the 2nd heating season, but no later than 28 months from the date of commissioning. The operator of the heat pump is responsible for ordering the warranty inspection in time and bears the costs of its implementation. The valid price of the warranty inspection is listed on the website www.thermannpro.cz. Upon expiry of the prescribed period for individual warranty inspections without its performance, the extended warranty period expires, unless the parties agree otherwise.

 

CZK 2,500

SILVER warranty – 5 years

The SILVER warranty consists of the BASIC warranty, which is 2 years, and an extended warranty of 3 years, which covers the replacement and replacement of the defective part.

This type of warranty does not include shipping costs for the repair of a THERMANNPRO brand heat pump. These costs are paid by the customer and are governed by the current, valid price list for transport and service services established by Thermann Pro s.r.o. at the time of the heat pump order.

The fixed price of the service inspection for 1 heat pump is CZK 3,480 incl. VAT ** and is guaranteed for the duration of this type of warranty.

The stated price is determined on the basis of a service check of the heat pump up to 25kW and does not apply to heat pumps connected to the cascade. Transport will be charged in the amount of CZK 2,057 incl. VAT, with maximum availability to the customer within one hour, from the company's premises, which will provide transport and service operations.

The warranty is valid only on the condition that service inspections are carried out regularly in accordance with the schedule set by the manufacturer, in this case it is a service inspection after the 24th and 48th months after the heat pump is put into operation.

Failure to comply with this condition may void the warranty.

The extended SILVER warranty can be purchased within 1 month of purchasing the heat pump.

A detailed list of the individual service tasks for checking the heat pump will always be provided in the relevant inspection form and also on the website www.thermannpro.cz.

Price of extended SILVER warranty: CZK 8,470

GOLD guarantee – 10 years

The GOLD warranty consists of a basic warranty of 2 years and an extended warranty of 8 years, which applies to the replacement of a defective part.

This type of warranty does not include shipping costs for repair or labor costs associated with removing the defect. These costs are paid by the customer and are governed by the currently valid price list for these service services established by Thermann Pro s.r.o. at the time of the heat pump order.

The set price for a service inspection for 1 heat pump is CZK 3,480 incl. VAT ** and is guaranteed for the duration of this type of warranty. The stated price is determined on the basis of a service check of a heat pump up to 25kW and does not apply to heat pumps connected to a cascade. The above price for service inspections is guaranteed for a period of 5 years and may be adjusted for the following years based on current market price developments.

Failure to comply with this condition may void the warranty.

The extended GOLD warranty can be purchased within 1 month of purchasing the heat pump.

General conditions of the extended warranty for THERMANNPRO heat pumps

The heat pump must have a functional IOT communication module properly installed (for communication stability, a sufficient Wi-Fi signal must be ensured at the installation location). If necessary (in the event of a request to fulfill the extended warranty), the user must allow the service technician (from THERMANN PRO s.r.o. or the installation company) remote access to the heat pump (THERMANNPRO Service Cloud). In the event that access to the equipment is not granted for any reason, THERMANN PRO s.r.o. reserves the right to charge the costs associated with the technician's visit to the specified location.

In the event of a failure of a component that is in contact with heating water or hot domestic water (e.g. circulation pump, heat exchanger, valves, etc.), THERMANN PRO s.r.o. reserves the right to require an inspection of the quality of the water used.
If its quality is not within the required parameters listed below, the guarantee cannot be recognized. In case of failure of a component of the cooling circuit, THERMANN PRO s.r.o. reserves the right to require a check of the purity and parameters of the oil in the cooling circuit. In the event that dirt or other inappropriate substances caused by external intervention are present in the circuit, the warranty cannot be recognized.

The water in the heating circuit must have parameters within the values listed below:

To achieve the correct water parameters, it is necessary to check its condition and choose a suitable treatment, or fill the circuit with already treated water (demineralized water with corrosion inhibitor, treated water for heating circuits, etc.). The water used and the method of its treatment are recorded in the start-up protocol. Do not use well, distilled or pure demineralized water in the circuit (this must be treated with a corrosion inhibitor).

List of actions performed during the service inspection:

Checking the tightness of the heating system.
Cleaning the magnetic filter.
Checking the pressure in the heating system.
Cleaning the internal parts of the heat pump outdoor unit.
Check for free rotation of the pump cooling fan propeller(s).
Cleaning the electrical boxes of the heat pump control boards.
Checking the cooling circuit.
Checking the patency of the condensate drain.
Cleaning and comparing heat pump evaporator fins.
Cleaning the outdoor unit of the heat pump.
Device noise control.
Checking the change of heating / DHW modes.
Checking the switching of the 3-way valve.
Revision of grounding and checking of tightening of electrical terminals.
Checking and tightening the screws of the silentblocks and, if the original Thermannpro plinth under the heat pump is also installed, checking the tightening of the plinth screws.
Checking the connection of the IOT module to Wi-Fi.
